Church of Holy Cyril and Methodius

Church of Holy Cyril and Methodius stands between the Tivoli Street and the Prešeren Street, to the north from the Museum of Modern Art and to the west from the National Gallery of Slovenia. The church was built in 1940 to serve the city’s Serbian community, this wholly unremarkable church complete with all the usual ostentatious details, is worth visiting during services, daily at 10:00. It has five domes with golden crosses at their top and the intricate frescoes on the walls and ceiling are certainly a sight to behold.
